Can training be held on site?

We are pleased to offer on-site training tailored to your needs. Please contact us to determine if this solution is suitable for your situation. Kindly note that advance notice is required for preparation.

How can I prepare for training?

Basic training courses
We recommend familiarizing yourself with the software before the course starts. Our tutorials, accessible via the "Help" tab under "Show tutorials," provide an excellent way to prepare.

Advanced training courses
If you're interested in advanced training, you must have a foundational understanding of the software. Some courses also require prior completion of a basic training course. Please review the prerequisites listed in each training description.

Can I bring my own data to the training?

Yes, you can. Please note that we cannot guarantee our trainers will have time to discuss your data during the regular course. Please do not bring confidential data to a public training course.

Are there special alumni rates?

Upon successful completion of one of our training courses, you will be automatically enrolled in the VG Academy Alumni Programme. Depending on the course, your benefits may include exclusive discounts (alumni rates) and automatic eligibility for subsequent courses with prerequisites. Please contact us for more details.

Which deadlines should I consider when registering?

VG Academy Germany
Training seats are available for purchase based on availability, but payment must be completed before the course begins. We recommend booking early, as courses fill up quickly.

VG Academy USA
Training seats can be booked up to ten days before the course starts via our web shop (credit card payment). As courses fill up quickly, we suggest securing your seat as soon as possible.

Can I reserve a training seat?

Yes, you can make a non-binding reservation. Simply contact us with the participant's name or give us a call.

How do I register?

VG Academy Germany
You can reach VG Academy by phone, email, or through the inquiry form linked on the course's website. We are happy to provide a quotation for your chosen course. A formal order is necessary for binding registration, which can be completed via a purchase order or our provided order form. Your registration is finalised once the training invoice is issued, and we receive the signed participant form, which we will provide.

VG Academy USA
You can sign up through our web shop by submitting your booking request with all relevant information. We will then confirm your request and send you a link for credit card payment. If you prefer to pay via wire transfer, please contact us for a quotation and the necessary documents. In both cases, your registration is finalised once the training fee is paid and we receive the signed participant form, which we will provide.

No, our fully equipped training rooms provide everything you need for a successful training experience.

Is parking available?

VG Academy Germany
We are pleased to reserve a parking space in our underground lot for you. Please let us know if you plan to travel to Heidelberg by car as soon as possible.

VG Academy USA
Ample parking is available for training participants; no reservation is required.

Are meals included?

During the training, coffee, tea, and water are available, and a light lunch is provided during the break. You're welcome to bring your own snacks or beverages, as well.
